Rosso IGT Kiro Cantina Bozen

A red wine with a linear, accessible character. The nose shows small red fruits, a light spicy nuance and discreet herbaceous notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity that give flow and pleasantness. The structure is aimed at everyday drinking, without extreme elements, leaving a clean, moderately persistent finish. It pairs well with cured meats, semi-hard cheeses, white meats and uncomplicated first courses, and also with mushroom dishes and moderately intense grilled preparations. Serve at 16-18 °C, airing for a few minutes if desired.
