A magnum of Lagrein from Cantina Bozen, with a deep colour and an intense expression of the grape. The nose shows small black fruits, ripe cherry, light floral notes, spice and earth.
The palate is full-bodied, with present but well-integrated tannins and acidity that supports the wine, leading to a fragrant, persistent finish. A light decanting helps it open fully.
It pairs with grilled meats, game, mushroom dishes and hard cheeses, and is best served around 16-18 °C.
