The nose shows white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with a subtle floral note and a mineral accent. The palate balances softness and savouriness, with pleasant persistence; medium body is supported by balanced freshness and a linear flavour profile, ending clean and pleasant. Versatile with fish, shellfish, light poultry, fresh cheeses and moderately spiced vegetarian dishes. Serve around 8-10 °C in wide glasses.
