The palate is refined, with medium body, balanced acidity and gentle tannins. The finish is persistent but restrained, with fruity returns and a light savoury note. It pairs with white and light red meats, mushrooms and semi-aged cheeses, and suits informal dinners or measured, characterful drinking. Serve around 16-18 C.
