This is a 10 year old Caol Ila, a peated Islay single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2016, bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV, and finished in a combination of first and second fill sherry butts.
It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Tasting notes describe clean maritime peat with citrus and sea salt, alongside dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice.
