This is an 11 year old single cask Islay single malt from Caol Ila, bottled by Meadowside Blending in its Maltman range. The cask was selected by Donald Hart, and the whisky comes in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in December 2009 and matured in a sherry butt until it was bottled in March 2021. The cask yielded 493 bottles at 54.4% ABV. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour.
