Caol Ila 12 Year Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Caol Ila Distillery, matured for 12 years and bottled at 43% ABV. It is the distillery's signature expression, with a lighter, more refined style of peat than some of its Islay neighbours. Peat smoke sits alongside maritime freshness and coastal salinity, with lemon, orchard fruit, sweet malt and gentle spice.
