This is a single cask Caol Ila, 12 years old, bottled by Finn Thomson Whisky. It was distilled on 7th May 2014 and bottled on 26th August 2026 from cask #312508, a Lagrima white port cask. Lagrima is the sweetest style of white port. The cask adds a rich, fruity sweetness that plays against the bright coastal peat of Caol Ila, which sits on the Sound of Islay near Port Askaig. It is bottled at natural cask strength, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
