Gordon & MacPhail has bottled Caol Ila for a very long time, and the two have a long working relationship.
The nose is sweet vanilla and dried meat, with smoky undertones of banana and apricot. The palate brings banana and kiwi, a hint of fresh lemon and soft smoke. The finish is long, sweet and smoky.
