The nose pairs sweet and savoury: dry-cured meats glazed with apricot jam, rich vanilla and soft swirls of peat smoke. On the palate come juicy pineapple, kiwi and banana with a dusting of icing sugar, balanced by light malt and lemon peel. The finish is long, with toasted marshmallow over smouldering bonfire embers.
