Caol Ila – 2007 Signatory Vintage 18 Years Old 1st Fill Bolgheri Wine Cask (70cl, 56.1%)

This Caol Ila was distilled on 25 April 2007 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 23 February 2026, at 18 years old. It was matured in a first fill Bolgheri wine cask and bottled at 56.1% in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 295 bottles. Caol Ila is an Islay distillery, founded in 1846 by Hector Henderson on the island's east coast, a little north of Port Askaig on the Sound of Islay. The number of stills was raised from two to six over time, and the distillery now belongs to Diageo.
