A single malt from Caol Ila on Islay, carrying the 2008 vintage and bottled at 57.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The label is shared by Whiskyjace and Flickenschild. Caol Ila sits north of Port Askaig on the Sound of Islay, with a view over to Jura. It was built in 1846 and has run a rebuilt stillhouse with six stills since 1974. Diageo owns the distillery, and most of its output is made for blends, Johnnie Walker among them.
