A 2010 single malt from Caol Ila on Islay, bottled by Signatory at a cask strength of 57.2% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Caol Ila stands north of Port Askaig, right on the Sound of Islay, and was built in 1846. Its stillhouse was rebuilt in 1974 and enlarged to six stills. The distillery, which has a view across to Jura, belongs to Diageo and supplies a great deal of malt for blending, in particular for Johnnie Walker.
