This is a Caol Ila single malt from Islay, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 10 years old and offered in a 100ml sample size. It was distilled on 22 September 2010 and matured in a refill sherry butt until it was bottled on 21 October 2020.
The cask produced 599 bottles, and the whisky is bottled at 58.1% ABV. Caol Ila was founded in 1846 by Hector Henderson, on the east coast of Islay just north of Port Askaig, overlooking the Sound of Islay.
