A 7 year old Caol Ila single malt from Islay, named From Boston With Love as a tribute to the Tartan Army and its Boston legacy around the World Cup. It is one of 139 bottles, at a cask strength of 60.1%.
The whisky was distilled on 14 March 2019 and spent its whole life in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, giving a peated malt with a strong sherry influence.
Tasting notes point to BBQ sauce, beach bonfires, bacon and full-fat cola.
