Serendipity is a peated Australian single malt whisky from Cape Byron, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is peated, and it was matured in barrels of American oak that previously held Bourbon. The palate brings soft charred oak, lemon meringue and roasted nuts, intertwined with delicate smoke, and hints of white peach, gingerbread and shortbread.
