This is an Australian single malt from Cape Byron, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels that previously held Stone & Wood's signature Stone Beer. The palate is described as crème brûlée and vanilla custard, followed by fresh orange zest, then rich mocha and tiramisu. The finish carries a lingering honey note and stays sweet.
