Cape Byron Tawny Cask is a single malt whisky bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for three and a half years in a Chardonnay Tawny cask sourced from Dutschke Wines in South Australia. On the palate it opens with a velvety hazelnut cream note, moves into lively bursts of candied orange, then settles into rich, lingering layers of toffee and mocha.
