Cape Byron The Original Single Malt Whisky Batch 002 (70cl)

Cape Byron The Original is an Australian single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is the signature expression of Cape Byron, and this is Batch 002. The whisky was aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks, and its colour is likened to a Byron Bay sunset. On the palate it is soft, with vanilla, creme brulee and biscotti layered over distinct notes of pear, coconut and buttery macadamia.
