Cardrona Just Hatched 35cl is a whisky. Bottled at 64.4% ABV, 35cl. In early 2011, Desiree Reid decided to pursue her dream of creating a New Zealand single malt that would stand tall on the international whisky stage. She travelled around the world for two and a half years learning from many master distillers, including the late Dave Pickerell. In 2013, she sold her farm and moved to Wanaka where she was able to find a suitable site for a distillery in Cardrona. The Cardrona single malt whisky ‘Just Hatched’ is a special natural cask strength bottling marking the momentous occasion of reaching three years old.
