Carpathian Whisky Cognac Cask (70cl, 46%)

Carpathian Whisky Cognac Cask is a whisky that spent its first years in 53-gallon, first-fill American white oak barrels that previously held Kentucky bourbon. It was then finished in a 285-litre French Cognac cask, which adds complexity to its rich golden colour. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is full-bodied, with notes of vanilla and honey and a sweet, lingering finish.
