Casa Cofradía Blanco (75cl, 40%)

Casa Cofradía Blanco is an unaged tequila from Jalisco, made from 100% mature Blue Weber agave. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, naturally fermented and double distilled in copper stills, then bottled without any time in barrel, so the character of the plant is left unaltered. On the nose it is freshly roasted agave with citrus zest and a hint of white pepper. The palate is crisp and lively, with bright agave sweetness, herbal undertones and a touch of minerality. The finish is clean, with a gentle peppery snap and lingering citrus. It works neat, chilled or over ice with a wedge of lime, and in a margarita.
