Cascahuin Tequila Reposado (70cl, 40%)

Cascahuin Tequila Reposado is a tequila from Mexico made from 100% Agave tequilana Weber (Azul). The agave is cooked in a brick oven with steam, crushed in a roller mill, and fermented in open masonry and stainless steel tanks. It is distilled first in stainless steel and copper pot stills, then a second time in a copper pot still. After distillation it rests for six months in American white oak. On the nose there is ripe agave with light oak notes. The palate is creamy agave and oak with a pleasant peppery sharpness, and the finish is warm and long-lasting.
