Caskshare Collective Series Agitator AG.19.05 is a peated Swedish single malt distilled at Agitator Whiskymakare and bottled independently by Caskshare. It is a single-cask release from the Collective Series, a collaboration with the Spanish artist Pink Morro, and the label carries artwork from Pink Morro's M011 collection.
The whisky matured in a first-fill ex-Sauternes French oak cask and is bottled at 58.3%. The malt was peated to 40 PPM.
The nose combines creamy butter, vanilla and sweet peat smoke with a touch of salinity. The palate brings butterscotch, honey, candied fruit, pineapple and ripe pear, with black pepper. The finish is long, with honeyed peat smoke and warming pepper.
