Caymus Vineyards Special Selection is a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon at 15.9% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is the flagship label of the Wagner family's Caymus Vineyards, made from grapes taken from the most promising vines.
The colour is deep crimson. The nose offers ripe blackberry and currant with vanilla, cocoa and a hint of violet. The palate shows dark chocolate, plush tannins and a touch of earthiness, and the finish is long.
