Château de Pellehaut Blanche Armagnac (75cl)

Château de Pellehaut Blanche is an unaged Armagnac from Domaine de Pellehaut, a family-run farming estate at the highest point of Montréal du Gers with 180 hectares of vines. It is distilled from 100% Folle Blanche. The wines for distillation are aged on the lees with regular bâtonnage, and the eau de vie is reduced with spring water rested in French oak. The texture is oily and the character extremely fruity, ending slightly sweet. It suits brandy and pisco-style cocktails, or can be served chilled between fish and meat courses as a Trou Gascon.
