Château de Trinquevedel 2025 Tavel Rosé (75cl)

This is a 2025 Tavel rosé from Château de Trinquevedel, in the Southern Rhône. Tavel is an appellation where only rosé is made. Guillaume Demoulin is the fourth generation of his family to farm the estate's 32 hectares, which his great-grandfather Eugène bought in 1936. The vineyards sit on stony soils of sand and quartzite galets roulés and are farmed organically, without herbicides or insecticides. The wine is made from six grape varieties, with skin maceration of between 12 and 48 hours, which gives Tavel its depth of colour and red-fruit richness.
