Château Pradeaux Bandol Rosé 2025 (75cl)

This is a 2025 Bandol rosé from Château Pradeaux, an estate near Saint Cyr-sur-Mer that has been in the Portalis family since before the French Revolution. The blend is 70% Mourvèdre, 27% Cinsault and 3% Grenache, from vines averaging 30 years old, harvested by hand in September 2024. The grapes are directly pressed and cold settled, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement or enamelled steel tanks for about three weeks, without malolactic fermentation. The wine rests on fine lees for eight weeks before bottling in March 2025. Production is around 20,000 bottles a year.
