A Japanese blended malt that combines single malts from two distilleries, Hanyu and Chichibu. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV and is non-chill-filtered.
Chichibu was founded in 2007 by Ichiro Akuto. Hanyu was founded in 1941 by his grandfather, Isouji Akuto, and its remaining casks are now stored at Chichibu.
The texture is soft and round, set off by woody and spicy aromas.
