Chief's Son Cask Expression Single Malt Australian Whisky (70cl)

Chief's Son Cask Expression is a single malt from the Chief's Son distillery in Victoria, Australia, in a 70cl bottle. It begins with the distillery's 900 Standard expression, which is slightly peated and matured in French oak barrels. The whisky is then finished in casks that previously held Russian Imperial Stout from the Mornington Peninsula Brewery. Those casks began as French oak whisky barrels at Chief's Son before going to the brewery. It is described as rich and full bodied.
