This is a single malt from Chief's Son, a family-owned and operated small batch distillery on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. It is part of the distillery's Cask Expression series and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was aged first in a first-fill French oak barrel, then moved to a second-fill American oak cask. It was finished in a Choctail Stout barrel from the Daiton brewery.
