Forge is an Australian single malt from Chief's Son, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in second-fill French oak casks. The nose offers sweet malts, banana toffee, hay and dried tobacco. The palate has a soft texture, with creamy malts, candied fruits, buttery chardonnay, soft oak and floral peat. The finish is of medium weight, with vanilla, bananas and lingering sweetness.
