Chief's Son Peated Malt Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

A peated single malt from Chief's Son Distillery, a family-owned, small batch distillery on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's first commercially available peated single malt. The peat is a floral style, rather than the coastal peat used by most Islay distilleries. The whisky spent three years in second-fill French oak sherry casks, then an additional year in first-fill American oak bourbon casks, where it developed further character.
