A 22-year-old single malt from an undeclared Orkney distillery that makes lightly peated whisky, bottled by Chorlton Whisky. It comes from a single ex-bourbon hogshead, distilled on 9 June 1999 and bottled in 2021 at 53.4% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The cask produced 311 bottles. The nose offers coastal notes alongside sweet jam. The palate is malty and full-bodied, with raspberry compote and salted caramel. Toasted wood and sea salt linger in the finish.
