Clairin Ansyen Casimir 22 Months Ex-Uitvlugt Rum Cask #CA21UI-122 is a Haitian rum distilled by Faubert Casimir from pure sugar cane juice in Baradères. It was distilled on 11 August 2023 and matured for 22 months in single cask #CA21UI-122, a former Uitvlugt cask from Guyana. It was bottled in June 2025 at 53.6% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. The nose shows ripe banana and pineapple; the palate has a powerful core with spicy mineral depth and marked herbal notes.
