Clarendon 19 Year Old 2007 Wu Dram Clan Mask Series (65.9%)

This is a 19 year old Jamaican pot still rum, distilled in May 2007 at the Clarendon distillery. It is a single cask bottling from the Wu Dram Clan Mask Series, and 14 of its 19 years were spent maturing in Jamaica's tropical climate. It is bottled at a cask strength of 65.9% vol., without colouring or chill filtration. The nose brings ripe mango, passion fruit, melon and gooseberry alongside esters and fine spice. Despite its strength, it stays balanced and lively.
