Clermont Steep is an American single malt whiskey built around malted barley, which is the only grain in its mash bill. It is made with a close focus on that one grain, and is said to bring out toffee, vanilla, caramel and whole grain. The nose is described as toasted malt, caramel, toffee and a candy-like sweetness, while the palate offers vanilla, caramel and whole-grain cereal.
