Cleveland Black Reserve American Bourbon (70cl, 50%)

Cleveland Black Reserve is an American bourbon bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is made without the usual cask maturation. Instead, a patented pressure and vacuum process squeezes the oak like a sponge, then refills it and enriches it with oxygen, and rapid changes in pressure and oxygen levels steer the ageing. Production is limited, and the batch number is shown on each bottle.
