Clynelish – 14 Year Old (70cl)

This is a 14-year-old single malt from Clynelish, a Highland distillery in the north of Scotland close to Brora, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was built in 1968 beside the original Clynelish, which became Brora and closed in May 1983. It has three wash stills and three spirit stills, heated by steam, and takes its water from the Clynemilton Burn. Much of the distillery's malt goes into blended whiskies, and it is a major component of Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18 Years.
