This is the Clynelish Special Release 2022, a 12 year old Highland single malt bottled at 58.5% in a 70cl bottle. An extended secondary maturation in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso casks brings a spicier side to the distillery's bright fruit and waxy texture.
The nose combines fruit, herbs and scented oak spice. The palate is smooth and wine-sweet, finishing with a peppery bite.
