Cocchi Rosa Americano Aperitivo (75cl)

Cocchi Rosa is a pink aperitif built on a base of red Piedmontese wine, giving it a natural rose-gold colour. It keeps the classic Americano formula of gentian, cinchona and citrus zest, with saffron, vanilla and rose petals added to the infusion. The result is a rounder, more floral and more aromatic profile than the original, with wild rose and rich berry character. It can be served with club soda or sparkling wine, garnished with lemon or grapefruit, and used in cocktails or with salty snacks such as Parmigiano-Reggiano.
