A still white wine made from Fiano, a native grape of southern Italy, in the Valle d'Itria in Puglia. It carries the Puglia IGT designation and comes from the 2020 harvest.
The colour is a soft golden yellow. The nose is fresh and fruity, with tropical fruit mixed with green citrus, and the palate follows with a good balance between body and acidity.
It works as an aperitif and with raw or cooked fish, sushi and white meats, served at 10 to 12°C.
