Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is salmon pink in the glass, with a fine and persistent mousse.
The vineyards sit in a windy spot on soils rich in calcareous stones, which drain well and give the wine its freshness.
The nose is fruity, with delicate notes of small red fruits: blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry. The palate is fresh and elegant, with pleasant fruit.
