Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta DOCG Brut

A Franciacorta DOCG Brut sparkling wine from Contadi Castaldi, presented in an elegant box. It is made in Lombardy using bottle fermentation by the traditional method. On the nose it shows delicate citrus, white flowers and a light hint of toasted bread from long ageing on the lees. On the palate the effervescence works with fresh acidity in a balanced structure. It finishes persistent and pleasantly aromatic, and suits aperitifs, light starters, shellfish and delicate fish.
