Control C Pisco is an unaged Chilean pisco from the Limarí Valley, made from Pedro Jiménez and Muscat of Alexandria grapes and bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
It is distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills, where most piscos see only one or two distillations. The extra pass leaves a clear, clean spirit that keeps the aroma of the grapes. The brand dates from 1931.
The nose is fresh grape with tropical fruit and a faint thread of anise. The palate is soft and slightly sweet, with a touch of warmth and subtle citrus and vanilla. The finish is medium, with citrus and vanilla and a little anise returning at the end.
