The port finish brings fruity sweetness to the peat smoke and maritime character of the distillery.
The nose is strong peat smoke and smouldering campfire, with raisins, ripe red fruit, salty maritime notes and a hint of caramel. The palate is smoky malt and sweet raisins, with red berries and grapes. The finish is long and warming, with peat smoke, dark fruit and a subtle sweetness.
