Copenhagen Distillery RAW Edition is a Danish single malt in a 500ml bottle, made entirely in Copenhagen from 100% organic Danish malted barley. It is matured in virgin Hungarian oak casks and bottled at cask strength.
The nose brings ripe stone fruit, heather honey, malted barley and oak. The palate is rich and oily, with cane sugar, coconut, vanilla, white pepper, cloves and Hungarian oak. The finish is drying, with oak tannins followed by a soft bitterness like green almonds.
