This is a Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky from Copper Dog, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It brings together eight Speyside single malts that were aged in ex-American and European oak casks and first-fill bourbon casks. Master blender Stuart Morrison blended it, and the malts were married in hogsheads.
The nose has ripe orchard fruit, berries and a hint of citrus above sweet wood and vanilla fudge. The palate is rich and creamy, with toffee apple, caramelised sugars, soft fruit and gentle wood. Subtle spice leads into a long, creamy finish.
