Copper & Kings American Apple Brandy is a craft brandy from the Butchertown neighbourhood of Louisville, Kentucky. It is distilled twice in Vendome copper pot stills from apple wine fermented from pressed culinary and cider apples.
The spirit is matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American white oak. It is non chill filtered and has no added flavours, sugar or oak infusion. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is baked apple, caramel and gentle baking spice. On the palate, caramelised apple, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg sit over smooth oak, leading to a crisp, lightly dry finish.
