Copper Tear Cattle Drive Bourbon is a small-batch American whiskey made in collaboration with the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. It is distilled and bottled at 100 proof and comes in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is rich amber in colour, with a medium to full body that sets sweet and savoury elements side by side.
The nose combines applewood and mesquite-smoked brisket with brown sugar, vanilla and a touch of buttercream frosting. The finish is medium to short and clean, with buttercream, a little dry oak and honey-baked peaches.
